@Niks Blando-Oracle I filed the EEI (AES) number on fedex.com and I entered that number in the AES/FTR EXEMPTION NUMBER. I saved it and when I click packing it gives us an error that says EEI (AES) number is invalid.

@carlyn did you ever find the resolution to this problem? new on netsuite and I’m trying to figure this out.
