Thank you, @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle! I found a workaround for the store value limitation by creating an additional store-value field. I then set up a workflow with a "Set Field Value" action to populate this new field using the value from the original custom field.

Hello, @Avinash A. Just curious, are you also seeing these duplicate Charges in your Subscription record > Related Records subtab > Charges sublist? Also, can you try selecting the Default view of the Charges in your Usage record in the screenshot to see if there are still duplicates?
