Thanks for your reply. I want to be able to change the field on the report to not show inventory detail but instead show description. I don't know how to change the field from inventory detail to description. Can you help me with that?

Johanna, Inventory Detail is on the transaction record but that field is blank. How do I modify the report to use description field instead of Inventory detail?
