Hello, I want our sales reps to begin bccing Netsuite on important emails to customers and have the email log under the customer record. But when I use My_Id@bcc.netsuite.com it fails. Where do I find the bcc email address that I need to use?

Sure - this is my report and I need a column that has the 2nd last order date of a customer.
