Reminder - This report based on the Aging report, and we added the following columns: Unpaid Receivables Transactions: Amount (Gross) Unpaid Receivables Transactions: Amount (Foreign Currency) Unpaid…

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, This was tested in our SB account before we pushed it to production and we didn't have that issue. I agree this is a specific example and I think it will be best to wait until we will have another one to raise this issue again. I hope this won't be reproduced again as I can't see any clear…

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan, I truly appreciate your help on this. Attached is an Excel file with 2 sheets. One with the log for the case where it didn't work as expected and 2nd where it worked as expected. Please advise if you need anything more from my end. Regards, Itzik

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan, We tried to find what is the reason with no success. Do you think you can help here if I'll add the logs? Regards, Itzik

Hi @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle, The formula was set on the Criteria only. The fields I used in the formula, were added to the results. But I kept playing with it and I succeeded to get the result I was expecting. I appreciate your help on this case. Regards, Itzik

Hi@Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, Thank you for validating my statement saying that the system generate the email containing all of the overdue invoices, no matter what is the Customer dunning level is. Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle , Thank you for the detailed answer. Can I ask you to create an example where you have 2 invoices where the oldest is Level 3 and the 2nd is Level 2? I'm almost positive you'll see them both in the dunning email. I understand that the email tone is more strict as the Customer Dunning level is…

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle I meant that when I added both fields I used in the formula to the Results tab, it multiplied my results from 35 to 2000+. I added the fields to double check the results and make sure the Criteria (and the formula) are correct. Thanks, Itzik

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, Thank you again for your answer. But as I know, when a Dunning email is sent, it adds ALL overdue invoices, not only those that are in the level the customer is at. Look at this customer. He has Level 5. The email sent had 2 invoices attached. Each is in a different level per their overdue…

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, Thank you for your answer and explanation, but it doesn't answer my question. As you can see in the Dunning Templates List I set to add to the Dunning email, to attach copies of invoices AND only overdue invoices. My concern was that the invoice I specified in my case (as you said yourself,…

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle , The Dunning tab on the invoice is empty as we work on a Customer Level. We might set a Dunning procedure on the Invoice level if we want to pause Dunning for that specific invoice and roll it out from the Customer Dunning level calculations. Below are the screenshots you requested: Thanks,…

Hi, thank you for coming back to me. The form is Custom Finance Charge or Standard Finance Charge. Thanks @Tiru Chembeti The changes I want to make are on Open and Closed invoices (that have already paid). The value is incorrect and we need to fix that so it will reflect properly in the reports. My question is about all of the Closed (paid) Invoices in a closed period from January 1, 2021. Will this change affect…

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle Yes, we checked it and found the issue. IT appears that the amount of one of the items was changed on the invoice which caused this gap. Regards, Itzik Turjeman

Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle, Apologies for my slow response. Your answer did help us with the Kits. A few questions: Regarding the solution you suggested for Groups, you mentioned it will work for new transactions. Can we do a data fix to update old transactions? Is there a different solution for groups in Netsuite2.com…
