HI @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle Those links don't answer how to exclude items from a list type custom field. instead, those suiteanswers are about excluding individual values which doesn't apply here. To reiterate my question, is it a system limitation to exclude inactive items from a custom field with type 'list/record'?

It seems strange that there is no way to exclude inactive items from a custom drop down list. Is that also a definite limitation?

Hi @Alex Joves -Oracle Is it possible to use an 'or' in the filtering criteria? For example: in the above scenario, the list of transactions is filtered by type is 'sales order' OR location(main) is 'Crystal Lake'. thanks

To add to this thread, I assume this is the same for Bulk Enter Work Order Completions? i.e. it is not possible to enter completions in bulk for assembly items which are lot numbered or use bins as these require the inventory details to be set on each individual work order?
