@Judith Culanding-Oracle I tried hiding the default Sales and Communication subtabs and added a new Saved Search list, but it didn’t improve the loading time. Thank you for the reply. I tested earlier with those record type as well but it is fetching the result from the List > Support > Cases list. This result is as expected because the record type of the cases is "supportcase". However, I want to fetch the support case issue list.
