We had ERP Guru write us a custom approval script so that orders can be auto approved or sent to issue specific approver(s) based on nearly any criteria. We can add and subtract approval rules as needed. It's a beautiful thing.

Our site is up but Netsuite still isn't functioning fast enough to use.

We are having the same problem with multiple users this morning too. Seems tied to a particular users account. Changing the employees role seems to be a temporary fix, but the problem returns when you switch them back to their original role. Other users with the same role have no problem.
