  • Thank you for the feedback and we have informed the account managers for the various customers that are using NetSuite. This requirement would apply to all customers that have registered for ISD in India. This could all the NetSuite customers in India

  • This requirement is now mandatory in India .. I am not sure of an alternative Is ISD registration mandatory? Before the said notification, the ISD mechanism was not mandatory.   • This will be a statutory requirement from 01/04/2025 for customers in India that are registered for ISD.. I was informed that there is an enhancement for this functionality. Enhancement # -527350
