I just did a test. I found that if we add nlapiSubmitField('salesorder', Id, 'shippingcost', ''); just right before nlapiSubmitField('salesorder', Id, 'shipmethod', shippingMethodId); The shipping cost will be "0 USD". Hopefully I am right. Does anyone have better solution? Thanks.
