Hi @Patricia Ann Divino-Oracle@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, Using the Analytics tab in NetSuite, the workbook was created. It displays the decimal places however it doesn't follow the format for some reason (i.e. the settings on the previous screenshot is 2, however, the exported file is displaying all the decimals.) Decimal…

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle apologies for the late response. I'm only typing the record type plus the name of the customer (i.e. opp: ABC Company).

The result of that is 0.0534797297297297. I'll share the screenshot of the GL Impact, the actual Vendor Bill and how we got the variance of 15.83.…

Just a background info for the process: The excel file is provided by our client's vendor and our client imports it using the Suitelet that we made for them. The Suitelet will convert the Excel file to JSON data and creates a custom record that is stored in NetSuite. The…

hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle, haven't tried that one yet since the file from the client can't be imported using NetSuite's built in import (different client excel template vs NetSuite excel template). The discrepancies was encountered using the Suitelet but there are few imports that doesn't have any differences.
