I found that same error when trying to use the names, when I changed to item internal ID's it went through just fine. I am looking for a way to update multiple customers with different prices for the same item using a 2 file import but can't quite figure that one out. That google search led me to this post.. lol

I'm noticing this same problem with a stock ledger report. If I download the report as a XLS it is 20MB. If I do it as a CSV it is only 2MB. If it's a PDF it's 4MB. PDF and CSV email just fine, but XLS always crashes. Do you think it's just because of the sheer file size?
