@Nicole Mendoza-Oracle, thanks for the clarification. I have voted for the idea.

@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle, thanks for the award! @Angela Bayliss, congratulations!
-
@Buckeye1497 , did you try to update the center tab 'Activities'? If you update it and add a Custom Search you should be able to add your own custom searches. Result in the Activity Overview page is:

@Veronica Steluta Mincior-Oracle, thanks for the answer! I have voted for the idea.
-
@User_RWY1B , yes that is correct.
-
@User_RWY1B , Are you making a positive quantity adjustment? The Unit Cost of the item itself is negative. It is not possible to have negative unit cost. See also: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14824/kw/14824 You can create a search to check on items which have a negative cost.

@Angela Bayliss, thanks for the answer and explanation. Netsuite sometimes works in mysterious ways. Glad for us that this in Sandbox only where we decided to test it first. So a Sandbox refresh will fix it for now. Just glad we did not apply it in production :).
-
@Angela Bayliss, Thanks for the answer. The SuiteAnswers article described: Important If you disable Advanced BOM after using it, NetSuite deletes any BOM and BOM revision records you created when Advanced BOM was enabled. NetSuite saves only legacy BOMs. Therefore my assumption was that I could disable it and that all BOM…

@Tigran Shahnazaryan, thanks for your reply and help! We would like to see first what is standard available with SuiteApps like punch out before creating a custom integration for this. If we need more information on creating the integration I will come back to you.
-
@Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle, yes that suiteapp, the Punchout for NetSuite suiteapp, or other solutions which can be used. Our idea is accessing the supplier website and having a catalog to browse through by using a punch out solution. Main reason for that is the supplier can maintain the catalog and prices of all items.…

I also logged a case at Netsuite. The answer is: Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support. At this time, the feature you are requesting is not available within the NetSuite line of application services. We do have an Enhancement Request logged for this feature request and it has been updated with your account…

I did an investigation and comparison between the bundles. See the overview. Hope that helps.

It turns out that this is only available if the ‘Advanced Bill of Materials’ feature is enabled. This wasn’t the case in our instance, only the ‘Work Orders’ feature was enabled. After enabling the feature I could see the ‘Work Order’ record type available for import. Good to know 😊 Before enabling the feature however, do…

@E. Alex Davis-Oracle, thanks for bringing that option!
-
@Angela Bayliss, thanks for the confirmation that the vendor categories cannot by updated by import or mass update.
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , yes sure it is under: Setup>Accounting>Accounting Lists>Vendor Categories.
-
Michelle Jabanes-Oracle and @Angela Bayliss, what you are describing are the vendor categories at the vendor level itself. What I mean is the masterdata of the Vendor Categories. So not the vendor categoy at the vendor but the list under accounting list. That is what I want to update with an import or mass update.
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle , yes I checked it. This works perfectly! Great answer, thanks for the help!

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan and @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, thanks for providing the answers!

Hi, @Ivy Lopez-Oracle. Sorry I was off last week. I will give it a try this week and will let you know if it worked.
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle, thanks!
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle, yes I have changed the Demand Transaction Sorting Options. But that only changes the sorting not the selection of the orders. Still the stock from the orders which are furthest away in the future are not selected in that case. See below a screenshot of the Allocation strategy:

@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, thanks for your answer. In the meanwhile I have fixed the issue. What we noticed was that there was a different with the Waves. Not all of them where processed correctly. So in this case the Wave was picked from the handheld but a correction was made through the UI. Because of this there was a…

Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle, thanks that partially answers my question! However still the nearest orders are used while generating the recommendations. In our view it make more sense to take stock from the orders which are furthest away in the future. Any idea how we can arrange that?
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, in our case the Guided Learning option was also not available in the Release Preview environment. I also could not find it in the Release notes. So only when our production instance was upgraded we were confronted with it. It can also be switched off in the General Preferences.
-
@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, thanks for your reply! I checked that answer but all our item fullfillments are marked as shipped so that is not the solution. The article however mentions as last point: If there is still a mismatch after setting the Fulfillment as Shipped, please contact Customer Support. So wondering if I…

Hi, does anyone have an idea on this?

@Katerina Winklerova-Oracle , thanks for the suggestion. I will contact them! Regards, Jeroen
