Same here. However, if you're not going through the usual Customer Login page, using the below URL and specifying your account id, it allows you to login to PRODUCTION. Simply can't do anything at all! Even the service via system2.eu2.netsuite.com is also unavailable.

Getting the same error too, " An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information" when attempting to access Customer, Case record. Can't run certain saved searches too. Have logged a case. Is any NetSuite person in here? Please look into it.
