Ah. That's right. There's a customization that is injecting an Activity Code when a line is added (based on Project ID). When you click Add on the line, you then have to click Cancel on the next line, otherwise this error occurs. I thought we had resolved the issue, but I guess not. When on the mobile app, I wasn't able to see any differences between when using the Standard Expense Report form and our custom form. The behavior was also no different.

By UI, do you mean on a browser on a desktop? If so, the answer is No. We do not have this issue on desktops.
