yep just upgraded last night/early this morning (in Australia). Several other issues though for us.
-
Ours is showing quantity back ordered on item records.
-
We can't fulfill any orders here. After a defect yesterday that stopped shipping addresses from importing. Now the addresses are importing but we still cant send them out.....
-
We are also having this issue, and now it appears to also be coming from credit cards processed via the Payflow Gateway as well as regular Paypal payments.
-
Yep. Its been down since just before 8am this morning. So far 4 hours with zero trade.
-
Still down for us. Thats 8.5 hours and counting... An entire day with no trade. Wow.
-
You have to laugh at status.netsuite.com .... it says "degradation in performance for customers local to that datacenter when using shopping functionality". Yes I'd call the complete inability to display any products on the website and thus sell anything a "degradation in performance". We've only been using SCA for a few…

over an hour now... and waiting....
-
Yes our checkout is down and has been down for about an hour. Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
-
Same thing is happening for us. Upon changing a customer email address and hitting save we get the Notice message that we must also provide a password (even though a password already existed on the account).
-
Down for us here in Australia too.
-
looks like the bulk billing has started to kick off.. slowly... not sure about paypal still
-
any updates Netsuite? This is the worst outage we have ever experienced... basically killed an entire day of website orders. And still no orders coming through.
-
still no paypal orders can be submitted via the webstore. Also cannot bulk bill any sales orders. Just stuck with a status of Not Started.
-
We had that happen when we first started using Advanced Promotions. For us it turned out to be because we used Expressions in the Search for the eligible items but didn't have any brackets enclosing the fields where the expressions were used. So although the search would run fine within the Netsuite interface and only…
-
all good now.. was out for around 15 minutes. Must have been just us.
-
I can't submit a support request either.... hmmm....
-
yep happening for us to in brisbane, qld.
-
yep all good here too
-
webstore customers cannot checkout either. They are getting this message: Your Order Was Not Placed While you were checking out, the operator of this business changed the price or availability of the shipping method you selected. Please check that your shipping method is still available, or select another below and press…

I suspect its Telstra also. We have a couple of different businesses - some not using Netsuite, but experiencing internet difficulties in general (and all use Telstra). Whirlpool forum seems to indicate there are issues with some of Telstras systems in the US.
-
Same issue for us here (and yes suspected all was not well yesterday also)
-
I have an Adminsitrator role, so no restrictions and I can't add these particular items to a sales order either, unless I edit the item record and tick the Display in Web Store box. No scripts running that I am aware of.
-
Trying to enter them in a full role.
-
Thanks StephQ for your call! Solved it! For anyone else that might stumble across this issue in the future I will post the simple fix. Just had to go into Customise Form (and select the Sales Order form that we use), then the Screen Fields tab, then the Columns subtab and change the Item Filter. I wasn't even aware that we…
-
our sales are still going through... with no payment! And getting a status of Pending Fulfillment. fantastic.
-
looks like our orders have started coming through ok again in the last few minutes. Now just to go and catch up all the missed ones.
-
We've just had our upgrade roll out early this morning and we have the same issue... no tax being charged. (we're in Australia) Amongst other issues... *sigh*
-
back up again now... I wonder for how long
-
Up and running again now. No word from Netsuite. Temporary glitch? I hope so.
