We currently have a 3rd party developer working on an application that utilizes web services, and he also is telling me that there seems to be some sort of problem with web services. At the moment, he says he has made inquiries with NetSuite but is still waiting for a response. :(

1. Yes, we're shipping intl via FedEx 2. Yes, at this time, the "Other Charge" items are the only things kicking back errors (as far as I know - we can't get past that error, there could be more looming on the horizon, but won't know until we can get past that one - heh) Thanks!

Same thing here... Can't email invoices, rma's nothing that involves an attachment from what I hear from my people who are losing their minds. This needs to get fixed ASAP
-
We are also experiencing this problem. I submitted a ticket to support on Friday. Support responded (more than 48hrs later) and assigned it a case # (along with a "defect #" and a "Summary" which is completely inaccurate, and significantly different from what I described). It is case #689727, referencing Defect #141094…

Hmmm, that does make sense, but all of our items have classes assigned to them. We have a pretty complicated class tree, in fact, and always have. Given that, if I did what you suggest above, this wouldn't work, correct?
-
That seems to do the reverse of what I'm looking for (limiting their view to a single class of items, since only one class can be assigned to an Employee). But everyone else would be able to see all items, including that class of item. In this scenario, I'm looking for the opposite. One employee or a specific role can see…

Incredibly simple solution pointed out by support - the field wasn't set to display on those forms. Customized the form, checked it on the list of fields to Print/Email, problem solved.

Far from an expert, but it seems to be adding them to the cart just fine in my browsers! :) Only double submit when I back up and hit it again. Nice!
-
We're also in the middle of implementation, and are having a third-party developer program something similar for us: The customer (or a sales rep) fills cart with items, goes to the shopping cart, and click a button for "Send Estimate" - at which point they enter an email address, and the system emails them a quote,…

Hmmm, tough one. Total protection of administrators from lesser users is typical in a lot of CMS systems I've worked with as well. Make her an administrator? heh - probably not the answer you're looking for
-
Thats what I was looking for. THANKS!

We're down
-
Same here, lots of issues
-
Same with us
-
Can't log in, even general netsuite.com website seems to be unreachable
-
We are also totally down (NetSuite back-end and ecommerce website)
-
We're down as well. Great timing, NetSuite.
-
NETSUITE... fix this. This is ridiculous. Not usable at all. We've got a steaming mad customer, and we can't even look up what he attempted to purchase. Building full of employees, twiddling their thumbs. Money going down the toilet. FIX IT
-
I find it very interesting that on the Status page, it shows 100% uptime for last Wednesday the 11th. All of us on the usergroup, same time last week, must have been mistaken somehow.
-
Ours is down as well. This happened last Wednesday as well. THIS IS NOT OK, NETSUITE.
-
Same here - and having a hard time getting ahold of anyone at EMerchant
-
You're all mistaken. status.netsuite.com: No issues to report. All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational So... checkout.netsuite.com pages, taking over a minute to load... that's all just your imagination! You're making it up. No, those aren't abandoned carts you're seeing left and right. It must be your internet connection.
-
Netsuite - do you people have a clue what you're doing? This is the second time in less than a month. THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. FIX IT
-
Same here. Less than an hour after an e-blast to 16 thousand customers is NOT A GOOD TIME TO GO DOWN Its been an hour NetSuite. Really? I mean... REALLY?!?!?!?! FIX IT. We're having a grand time, fielding a neverending string of phone calls from customers telling us that our website is down right after sending out a…

status.netsuite.com -- Numerous Accounts Experiencing Slow Performance Ours has been completely down for more than 30 minutes - I'd say that is more than slow performance Uh yeah... Slow performance is what we usually have 24/7. This is just DOWN ... for basically the last hour. Customers complaining... Sales reps ready to…

We have been down for a while as well!!!!

This may sound a bit weird, but you might try changing the website category to a different category, click save, then change it back. I've experienced weird issues like this (or adding new items to a category that don't show up at all) that seem to resolve after changing the category and then changing it back. Not a clue…
-
YES. Seems very inconsistent, but we're also experiencing slow loads and repeatedly getting "Cannot Display the Webpage" messages - then try again and it loads fine. Incredibly frustrating when you're trying to save work you're trying to input
-
DOWN....
