We exposed the field and tested by putting a smaller amount in the payment amount field, but it defaults to the entire sales order amount. Is there a setting that I have to change in NS to get this to not default back to the entire amount? thanks

We just implemented Netsuite and this is a huge issue for us as well. We typically do 2 shipments per order so we also want to do partial amount authorizations on the first shipment and the back ordered shipment. We have a work around of putting a negative non inv. item into the SO to "adjust" the SO total so when we do…

I want to clarify because we don't use Fedex Ship Manager. We are using Fedex Integrated shipping with Netsuite so we have to manually add the weight of the box on the scale so the API call to Fedex will calculate proper postage and then print our Fedex labels from Netsuite. We would like to connect our scale to Netsuite…
