I found some info from hacking: It looks like N/S uses the Employee's Location as the default Ship To Address. Even if the Location of the PO is set to a different company address. The Lord is merciful. I found it. Reorder Point/Prefered Stock Level must both be "0" not blank to get the item to show on the Order Items page.
