RESOLVED: well unfortunately there was not a clean resolution for anyone else experiencing this issue. UPDATE: NS Support elevated my case and walked me through a troubleshoot and we found that the new, required drivers SUCCEEDED in our NS Sandbox account and FAILED in the production account. An issue has been raised with engineering to further investigate. Thank you for your guidance, @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle .

@PaulFleetwood do you happen to remember how you resolved this issue? I'm having similar problems with customers just not receiving emails from NetSuite despite setting up DKIM.

I'm having this same issue. Our rejected emails have doubled in the past couple months when trying to send invoices/credits. I changed nothing on the configuration side - so I want to hope everything is on the client side, but our AR team can manually email the clients just fine.
