This ought to get you what you need:
-
I found this a while back in here. I think if you search for last message you can find it. I use this to get the latest message to show in a report: In results make a Formula (Text) with a summary type of Maximum max({messages.message}) keep(dense_rank last order by {messages.messagedate})

Marty I saw that come through on your blog the other day and one of our FA's went ahead and downloaded it. I would be interested in hearing from other users that have also installed the Excel plugin. It seems like a good tool.
-
Corey, Let me know if you need help with the tool. The approach is different from Celigo and is designed to have real-time financial reports from within Excel. I can refer you to our client that is very enthusiastic. Thanks Marty, I appreciate it, I'll let you know.

Us, too. Excellent.
-
Nice! I am looking forward to it as well. Really looking forward to it, actually.

The company search field only filters on the parent field on the contact record. There probably should be an additional search field for all companies associated witht he contact. I think you may be able to do what you want using "Company Fields...", this will resolve to all companies the contact is associated with. You…

Bump. Anyone? Is it just a limitation in Netsuite?
-
Anyone? This is happening like every 30 minutes for me. All users just keep working but if they close all their tabs they will really be locked out. I am tying to find a pattern so that I can reproduce and report a defect but so far all I have is it's either FF or Chrome and multiple tabs.
-
I just experienced this myself. Kind of annoying.
-
If you create a saved search to be used as a key performance indicator and/or in a KPI scorecard and then add that KPI in the Key Performance Indicators portlet, you can then see it in the KPI meter when you refresh the meter. You can then remove the Key Performance Indicators portlet.

We also had the SWE (Software Edition) module that we do most of our billing on but that module is not sold anymore. We are a software company and sell most of our items as a perpetual license. We acquired a company that had a different billing procedure so we had RB built out. Having more than one billing mechanism was…
-
I am quite sure that's not the case. Who advised you on this? We have the RB module (although we are moving away from it) and they update it very regularly.
-
Lol, I was wondering how long it was going to stay. Funny.
-
I just checked with our account rep and as far as he knows RB is not being discontinued. NS has put a lot of resources into the module and made a pretty big deal of it in the last two SuiteWorlds.

You can still click on the label link to get the id it's just not enabled by default. Look in Home>Set Preferences. Also, for lists like Issue (Product/Module) you can get the id's by inspecting the XML for the page. Just append &xml=t to any page and the XML version of the page will show.

Well, thanks for checking. I haven't had a chance yet. The release date of the defect was tentatively scheduled for 8/14 and the status is released in new code version so I would imagine that next Friday all will be well.
-
Up for me, too.
-
Typical, 5 minutes after sending out a company-wide email inviting everyone to log on and check out the new version, the damn thing falls over! You're probably the one that broke it. Thanks :p
-
Well, shut my mouth, there it is: <!-- [ b.a.j10003.bos ] [ 2014.2.0.47 ]--> Nice. I forget the easy hacks sometimes.
-
That's a good question and I wish there were better diagnostic tools. There is a bundle you can add that will at least help to determine if it is a user event script. Install the Script Performance Monitor As you can see we are getting slowed down, too. And, more often than not, the biggest slice of the pie, by far, is the…
-
Where do you find your version number, btw?
-
I opened a case with support a couple weeks ago around this topic. The addresses are supposed to be backwards compatible. That is now broken but the defect is at released in new code and should be fixed today or next week, I haven't checked yet today. If you need to get it working today you can use the following subrecord…

At the very least some bolding for field names would help break up the monotonous whiteness.
-
I can make it look better with a zoom level of 90% but as I use multiple tabs, browsers, I don't think that's a viable solution. It will also be troublesome trying to communicate that to the several hundred users across the company here. I, unfortunately, have to agree that the spacing/density is going to cause grumbles.
-
One odd side note to the horizontal labeling. It makes for some wonky layouts in areas like a new email from a case.
-
[QUOTE=dobovedo;n298904Regarding #3, thank you for putting in the option to put field labels back the way they were. I am not going to tell my users this option exists, as I want to use the new interface for a while and see how they adapt. [/QUOTE] I'm leaning in that direction as well. I haven't decided yet but it might…

Also, changing avatars would be nice :)
-
It was IE 8. Otherwise known as my bane.
-
Lucky you. I seem to get it for everything, all the time. Something is definitely broken in some cases. A director here gets it every time he logs in. Every time, same browser, same computer. I have watched him do it. Pretty annoying.
