Thanks, But in Small Business once a PO is received it goes to the "Bill" state, so I don't think that's our problem. I think it has to do with us using "Average" for our Inventory Cost, so whenever a transaction is looked at, even if the $$$ aren't changed it recalculates the inventory cost. Is that possible?

Ours is working fine. Some of our inventory items will be drop shipped & we have no gl impact except from the invoice debit ar & credit sales & from the bill debit cogs & credit ap. When you click on the PO's GL it shows a debit to inventory & a credit to 9994Purchase Orders, but that never hits your financials.

Doug, The "Log in as Customer" use to be on the Customer page on the Access tab, but Our's is still not showing it. Did they put it somewhere else? Thanks Carrie

For us it doesn't seem to be the time of day. We're having the most problem with load times. If a customer called & had problems, I would log in as them & they would walk me through what they were having trouble with. It worked very well for us.

Update: This is fixed now. I don't know what was wrong yesterday, but it wouldn't work for anyone here.

We are also. We're up, but slow & it doesn't always want to save Orders &/or Invoices. So you have to be careful that you're not saving them twice.

Yes, I had to change the Layout. For some reason I couldn't use the same one, so I created a new layout with a different name & it worked fine. Good Luck.

They can print picking tickets, but I need them to be able to have the Print Checks & Forms Feature so they can choose which pick ticket they want to use. To the best of my knowledge that's the only way you can use a non preferred pick ticket. But for the life of me I can't find what to add to their role so they can see…
