Thanks!!! Why couldn't I get to print checks and forms without changing their view to the "classic interface"? Thanks again, I never thought changing to the classic interface would make a difference, I thought it was just a convenience so their screens looked like the administrators.

I don't want to give our shipping department the accountant role. I would just like to give them access to the print checks & forms so they can print a different pick ticket & BOL, But I don't know what to add to their role to allow them to see that.
-
That's my problem, I couldn't find which option I needed to add to his role. Do you know which one? Thaks
-
No, I hit edit, but now it's gone. I have the delete button on my role, Administrator, but the Account Role no longer has the void button & I don't think I changed anything.

Thanks, I love this forum.

JMU Thanks for the post, I'll try that next time. Yes, I agree they need to give Administrator's of multiple accounts the ability to easily re-set passwords. Carrie
-
I'll call & have it re-set. Thank You.

We're also experiencing extremely slow delays & in some instances not allowing us to display the page. Carrie

That's the setting I had just changed. Thanks for the post. Carrie

It's actually a transaction search. Criteria: Type is all; Item is all; Serial Number (custom) is all. Available Filters: I have show in footer: Type, Serial Number (custom) & Item. Not as nice as the one I have in the Regular Netsuite account but for the Small Business application it gets me what I need, but it would be…

Sorry, it's a Custom Transaction Column Field with the Type as List/Record. So, does that mean that when I go into the list & inactivate a serial number that I can't pull that information (acitve or inactive) anywhere? Thanks for your help. Carrie

On the standard order form you can customize it to add the column, "Available", we did & it's always showed us wants available for the warehouse we have selected, or if we restrict our view to a certain warehouse (location) it would only show how many were available for that warehouse. Now it just shows the gross amount…

Yes, we can save them & we can send them after they have been saved. We just can't edit or check the e-mail or fax box when creating a PO.

We were just updated this weekend and today is EXTREMELY SLOW. Hope this doesn't last long, it's hard to get work done.
-
We've only had problems this past month, but from various Vendors & various banks.

We have similar issues. We'd like to check status of our checks. We had 3 bills paid through bill pay on 4/27/07 & 1 was finally received on 5/9/07, the other 2 still haven't received their checks. Then, we have checks that were sent by bill pay on 4/30/07 and were received on 5/4/07. All sent to similar locations. If we…

Sorry. I'm referring to if you have credit card processing set up on your system. Is there certain criteria that you have to follow for user's passwords. I thought I read somewhere that if you accept credit cards you have to change your password at least every 90 days & that your password needs to be at least 6 characters…

Not too far away, Cold Spring. Been on the system for 2 years. Give me a call or e-mail, would love to help & learn more. Carrie Oster Data Base Systems Analyst 320-685-5015 coster@coldspringgranite.com

This happened to us also, BUT I thought it was just me. As a work around I created a different e-mail address & password to use for the Customer Center.
-
We broke a division off of Netsuite & put it on NSB. It took us about 2 days with 4 -5 people helping with the conversion. It works fine for that division. It all depends on what your using the system for.
-
As a work around, couldn't you use the wild card "%" in your global search to find what you're looking for?
-
On Set up Auto-Generate Numbers do you have the Allow Override box unchecked for "Customers"? With this box left blank your Customer Id # should not change.
-
We've used Invoices instead of Sales Orders & the both work great. You shouldn't have any problems at all & it will save you from doing unnecessary steps, which saves time.
-
Julian, I still get customers showing up, but they have orders within the last 60 days, but they're for projects. How do I get the customers who may or maynot have projects to just show up? Thanks

We have a search similar to this one. Can anyone tell me how I can show the last sales date? There's an option for the "Date of First Sale", BUT I would also, like the Date of Last Sale, BUT I can't find that option anywhere. Also, how can I show this report at the Parent level or Customer level if they don't have…

Yes it makes sense in a way, but I'm a little confused. Are you setting up your "Cost to Standard" as a non-inventory item or a service item? How are you getting your standard cost for each item, do you have to re-enter the cost on each assembly or have you found a way for it to default to the last cost you used? Thanks…
-
We just sat up one of our production divisions on Netsuite. How are you entering the items you make? We've been entering them through "Inventory Adjustment" but each time the item quantity is at 0, (which is the bulk of the time because we "make to Order") we have to re-enter a cost. We would like the system to use the…
