Great question. We considered CPQ in Salesforce for other reasons, mostly related to improvement in quoting all sales. We may implement CPQ in the future.

Still doing quotes manually. Nothing is connected...quote, sales order, invoice all prepared separately. We are quoting support renewals in NetSuite using contract renewals, but are finding this very inflexible and not helpful in tracking installed base under maintenance. To track licenses separately, we would need 2…
