IE tends to break for everything! At least that's my impression of it :) I tend to agree, but ironically, I have suffered performance lags in NetSuite using every browser except IE. Go figure! So I am a little dismayed that DnD doesn't work except in FF and Chrome.

Yes, it happened to all of ours since the upgrade to the new version for us. I had to Edit each Scheduled Saved Search, make a change to the schedule (set to weekly instead of daily, and then change back to daily), and Save it. They are now running perfectly. I had to do this as well. What a pain in the arse. :h_a_w:

The only issue with switching browser mid-session is you have to log back in, etc. So you might as well use IE if that were the case. Simply add the domain (system.netsuite.com) to the list of sites to use the IE engine at all times. I don't like the IE7 interface, and doing it this way lets me run just one instance of FF.…

Answered my own question. I see it has to be enabled (added to Roles) in the Employee record. I apparently didn't rate access by whoever originally set up our accounts, so I promoted myself. :D I still don't see it, but assume it will show up eventually.

And the original issue also remains. If there are links that are preventing us from deleting reports/searches/etc., why can't the error message include details as to what the link is? Generic error messages that offer no path to a resolution are worthless.

We are getting this same kind of error on reports that were just created a few seconds prior to seeing the error message, so there is no way a report schedule or snapshot is linked. I understand what you are saying, but the logic behind it eludes me. It makes sense that I would not be able to delete the parent part of the relationship (ie, the original summary report). Easy enough to find out.:D from an admin role, go into the cash sale refund screen. copy the URL switch to your accountant role paste in the URL it should tell you exactly what permissions you need to add to the role. I have this same experience. There is something dodgy going on with reports and dependencies with hidden objects, especially if you do a SAVE AS and create multiple reports. You would create a Bill Payment, and apply it to the Bill, same as you would for bills paid within Netsuite but don't process it. In the Payment Method, note how you made the payment, if you track that information.
