I was getting alerts that worked perfectly on Friday 2.6.15 for 3 edits and now the alert won't work. It was a simple email alert for a particular field that went from F to T. This has been a problem for me in the past too. I do not want to send emails for any update on the record.

When we received the release 2017.1, we noticed that we no longer can view the Customer in the Resource Allocation Chart view. I researched SuiteAnswers and it does mention that Auto-Generated numbers should be on so that you can view Customer:Project. We do have that enabled. Is there something else that needs to be set?

I found out that if the record is in the expanded mode, the drag and drop box does not show for the user. As soon as we collapsed the record and just used tabs, the drag and drop box was visible.

Has this been corrected? I am not getting errors from users any longer. I do have a few users that all of a sudden the drag and drop is not showing for them even with the drag and drop feature checked in their set preferences.

We are seeing tons of phishing emails that look like they are being generated from NetSuite and hitting our employee records and project records.

It is interesting that projects can be creates from the smaller project templates and the resource allocations work.

ok, thank you. We have a backup of 2 days now with 336 active projects.

We have not had any trouble using it. We have about 200 people using the drag and drop feature on a routine basis for cases.

what you need to do is enter a smaller amount of units. Instead of 100%, use a percentage that pushes out the task end date which is 3 weeks later.

I was able to copy the main Master Phase task into the new project with all the tasks and predecessors.

I agree that this is time consuming. If a resource is assigned to the project then a list of people with that resource role should be able to be plugged into the generic resource role for the tasks.

I am wondering how you were able to get Percent Complete as an override field to show on the Project Task forms as well as the overall project record. I have it checked to show on the forms.
