We are having trouble with 2FA and Netsuite for Outlook too. I am waiting for support to tell me how to allow admins to use it since 2FA is not supported for admin roles in NS for outlook. Also we are having trouble with errors that we have gone over our limit but we only have 3 people using it! Probably going to ask us…

We are having trouble too. I believe it started when we updated to the latest version of Adobe Flash player. Has anyone found a solution yet?

Has anyone had a resolution to this? I am referring to individual transaction emails (i.e. sales orders etc. not campaigns). Since Sept 2016 we no longer receive bounced emails when we incorrectly enter an email address. Previously we did. We need to know when an email doesn't go. NetSuite is claiming the function was…
