Thanks for the recommendation... In fact earlier today I found the issue by looking at the html code. It seems that Netsuite was modifying my code and cutting off the first few lines of my html. By looking at the code I was able to notice the change and could correct it. thanks for the advice it was the right direction.

I configured integrated shipping to print to a Zebra 2844 using the batch file mentioned in a previous thread. I printed a shipping label and it it went directly to the print queue where is stayed. any ideas ?

Unfortunately not. I am going to put in a support call with Netsuite now that you reminded me of this as well as look to see how much work it will be to build it. Maybe some of us can share the cost.

We're having the same problems with that domain as well. Seems to be specific to NetSuite from what we can tell.
