I talked with NS support about this issue. Seems this is a known problem with the way Safari handles 3rd party cookies in iFrames. Some more info for the thread... The use of <NLLASTNAME> and <NLFIRSTNAME> in the CRMSDK template no longer works * for new leads * -- the values are null in the email notification. Looks like 2008 Version 2 has new functionality that will help. From the release notes: "Use a saved item search to limit the items that appear in the item list on transactions." I just tested in a beta account. Seems to work OK.

After more testing, I *think* this problem is isolated to anyone using Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I can reproduce the problem with Mac OS X 10.6.1 with Firefox and Safari, and also on Mac OS X 10.6.0 (Safari only. Firefox seems OK). So, it seems you're only turning away customers who are using the latest version of Mac OS X.

Unfortunately, many of our site visitors are using Mac, and increasingly more are upgrading to Snow Leopard, so we're missing out on some new leads for sure.

We're using several Macs (OS X 10.4.6) here and we've noticed a slowdown also. Safari seems to be the worst, followed by Camino. Firefox actually seems to perform rather well.
