I think I can add the code into 'add to header' field for the template that controls the individual item pages. Worth a try anyway. Thx!!

Found my solution here- https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?p=142500#post142500 Testing it right now, seems to have solved my dilema so far

Well, setting the DOCTYPE solved my dilema in IE9, running under Windows 7, but it causes our site's menu and layouts to go coo-coo in IE8, on a machine running XP. So I removed the doctype for now. :h_a_w: http://www.filtersolution.com/AboutUs Again, it's my contention that most novice users won't know to put ie8 in…

It was a new, faulty workflow caused the problem. We were able to take it offline quickly. Thx for the responses! Angie S. The Filter Queen FilterSolution.com

Our site is up, but new customer registration is broken. New registrants get this message: An error occurred during registration: That search or mass update does not exist (internal id=320) Angie S. FilterSolution.com

The PayPal User Interface has been 'upgraded'. Your bookkeeper may have logged in after the upgrade, and the dashboard may have been defaulted to filter just the payments, and hide the authorizations. We use PP Express, and haven't seen any change in the authorization/payment process. Which PayPal method are you using?…

Thanks, DJ! Yes, the changes are now instant everywhere on our site (I think!). as

We're having the same trouble, but with our 'Brands' and 'Products' tabs. Angie S. FilterSolution.com

Hi - Just spoke to a customer who ordered online on 06/06/09, and whose email address field contains his street address. He said he used Google Auto-fill to populate the fields. Updated my case with this info. Angie S. FilterSolution.com

Just posted Case # 872540 for the email issue. We're also seeing issues where the system is allowing incomplete zip codes, and from time to time we get customers reporting that the system won't take the state they are trying to choose. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for the state/zip code glitch - it happens…

Hi Mark - Did you ever get a confirmation on this? I'm needing the Promo Code to be based on minimum quantity - say, "$10 off 2 or more 6-packs". Anyone with NS - can you weigh in on this? Thx, Angie S. FilterSolution.com

Done. Also would be nice to add a drop down box so customers can choose how many lines they want to see at a time. I see this options on other web sites all the time. as

*bump* NS or anyone - Any update on this? Is 50 still the maximum number of lines that can display in a website category? Or an option for visitors to choose how many lines they was to see at a time? Does anyone have a script that would accomplish either one of these options??
-
So 50 is the limit to the number of rows that can be displayed per page in any web site category?

Butch - Is it possible to customize the text/titles of the links in the My Account tab? (ie - change "See Orders" to "Order History") I looked under Setup>Website>Customize Text, but didn't see anything there. Thx much, Angie S. FilterSolution.com

So are we. http://www.filtersolution.com

Sorry folks, I jumped the gun. Turns out another one of our users had inserted the stylesheet file link in all those items. Sorry for the bother.......

Us, too. Both back-end and web site are down. Angie S. FilterSolution.com

Hi Tony - Thanks for your replies. Please bear with me, as I'm an html novice. What makes the style sheet invalid? What's wrong with the construction of style5? Do the other elements have something wrong also? And would those things cause it to poplulate in almost every online item we have? I originally inserted manually…
-
Now I see. I'll upload a corrected file. Thx! Still wondering why so many of our items now have the stylesheet link in the detailed description, when I only manually inserted it in two of them.
-
My apologies - it's a typo - failed to copy and paste the whole link - <LINK href="http://shop.filtersolution.com/site/block-format.css" type=text/css rel=stylesheet>
-
Thanks, Tony. Any idea where I'll find this class? As far as I know, it's a NS system setting.
-
Hi All - Thanks for all the replies! My apologies for my delay - I got side-tracked. Tony, you are correct in that we do have Advance Site Customization, and we're using a hodge-podge of NS defaults and our own customized templates and tags. And yes, we have HUNDREDS of items, so I'm hoping to fix this issue using our…

Update - Inventory and non-inventory items are now working. Kits still do not work, but NS Support is actively working on it. Angie S. FilterSolution.com

We have the same issue, only ours STILL isn't working even after NS said they pushed through a fix for us 2 weeks ago...... Don't know if or when we will see it resolved....... Our case # 675615 Issue/Defect # 139456

We don't use the Multi-Website functionality. We have a single site. If I mark the check-box on the 'Specials' tab and enter text in 'Specials Description' field, the item does show up in the Specials category, and word 'Price' is replaced with 'Special Price'. But the 'Special Description' text does not appear. The…

Hello Wizard - Yes, we finally figured out we had a piece of code that didn't belong in the Detailed Description. Once we removed it, then it corrected itself. Thanks for checking for us, though! Best regards, Angie Stelly FilterSolution.com The filter you need, the right price, the service you deserve!!

Hello Julian - If you make the items inactive, they won't show in the Customer Center 're-order items' section. But that will also make them inactive from the back-end as well. Angie S. FilterSolution.com

I am trying to do the same thing, except I'm trying just to pull the data from the 'store detailed description' field, and nothing shows up in the area where the detailed description data should show up. Any suggestions? thx, Angie S.

Hi - The 're-order items' screen in our Customer Center sorts them by descending date (most recent first). Unfortunately, I can't say why it's defaulted that way, we lucked up that it's always displayed in that fashion. Angie S FilterSolution.com
