Just ran a Confirm Subscription Mass Update myself early this morning, so server activity shouldn't have been too busy. The Preview results showed 8,096 customer records. I'd like to see an answer to DCM's last post as well. To me, NS is acting as a 3rd party just like Constant Contact or Lyris. Why do these keys need to be set up in order to improve deliverability with NS, but not with these other vendors? thx, Angie S.

Thanks, Barry! With fiscal quarter approaching , I figured it's a good time to dig down to try to get to the bottom of this. I suspect that part of our problem is that when NS was first set up, we chose the Average costing method, as opposed to FIFO. Angie S.
