You guys were right, I was pulling in system notes for one of the results, so it was repeating the file for every system notes line. After adding the specific system note line I was after to the criteria, I got only one result. Thank you!

Yes, main line = YES and for summary I was using Maximum which worked okay in my custom record saves search using the similar formula.

This is such a huge oversight, and I'm surprised there aren't more complaints about it. I complain about maybe 50 or 60 transactions per batch, but I can't imagine 1500+. I've been told to use the reconciliation matching rules, but I've never been successful in getting it to automatch them. I'd love to hear if anyone else…

Other case management systems will put a unique identifier in the subject something like [p-443443] as a way of making sure the email gets attached to the correct case. I wonder if you could script this into NetSuite to make sure a new case gets added to an existing case id if the id is in the subject of the email coming…

I came here to look for this as an option. It seems silly to use the Outlook Integration when all we would need to do is a quick copy and paste from a support case and forwarded it. I use Outlook for Office 365 in the browser.

undle ? Nope, it's free. I find it quite useful for communicating with staff about specific transactions or records, as it sends an email with a link to the page you're talking about automatically.

Thank you, that worked to allow them to create stickynotes, and view them. For some reason if they tag an employee it doesn't create an email notification for the employee. Thanks for your help
