Yes I am getting all other notifications. The only we are having is with the Purchase Order workflow notification. I created a saved search for Purchase orders, and I get that notification.

Set Up > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Approval Routing tab They both look the same between Sandbox and Production. Purchase Order is not checked in both setups. Set Up > Company > Sent Email List In Sandbox the correct email shows however, in production this email is not showing.

I found the following information to add. If I set the Approval to myself (Admin) the email is not sent. However, If I change to a different user (ie Embroidery) the email send correctly. It appears there is something tied to me that has changed.

I believe we are just using Approval Routing. How can I check? It was configured without any special requirements.

No the entire team is not getting the response recently. All role types. It could be a workflow, but we have made not changes to production.

Yes - Notify Supervisor is checked. EE has me as the supervisor. (I am an admin) What is strange is no changes have been. Yet it is working in Sandbox and just not in Production.

I did. The UPS option I am looking for is UPS GPF (UPS Ground Freight) and I don't see it as an option when I associate at it to the UPS Real time Rate. I am not sure if NetSuite allows one to pick a Freight option. It appears I might not be able to get a rate based on this type of shipping method.

I am looking to add the UPS GFP method under the UPS Carrier option. Can the system quote a rate for this type of method? Is there a better way to see different quotes for ground vs standard?

We use NetSuite. The Inactive check box resolved my issue.

If I have an order that is Invoiced today, should it show Billed with 0.00 or just not show at all?

Is the reason it shows on the report as Billed is because technically the Sales Order is still open because it has a future invoice date? If the order was invoiced on the date of the report would the SO just not show, or would it show Billed with an amount?

What I was attempting to accomplish was achieved with a developer's assistance. I could not use the same assigned to filed utilized by Tasks. We created a custom field and then created Saved Searches for the dashboard.

The number of days to shipment field does change the default date. Question- if you manually adjust the date on the Quote, it is not brining it over to a Sales Order, instead the date reverts back to the default date. Is it possible to bring over the manually adjusted date?

If I am looking to create a saved search to alert me only when an update is made to a field that resides on the Customer. However this field is also on the Sales Order but I do not want those updates. I correct in Saved Search should be created from the customer or is there another way for me to approach this?

If I try Midhun's method, am I creating a saved search or report? What am I should I use when starting to report or saved search from net new? I have attempted to modify an existing saved search with the criteria mentioned above. For the Formula Numeric, how do I complete these text boxes.

Thank you for the input. I only tried the Custom CRM field because when I added via CRM List my new role did not show. If I wait the 24hrs the new role I created via the CRM list does display.

I am also looking to use the new AI text enhance feature, and the feature is turned on in my Company Setup. We use Assembly - Lot Numbered and Inventory- Lot Numbered and I don't see the new feature. Is there other steps needed for this feature to be visible?
