Thanks for the input. This user only has one role and one account access.

Correct. The user has multiple tabs open yet when they click the link from the Alert Email, they are prompted to login in again. Role this is happening to is Accountant. I don't have the issue as an Admin or any of my other roles.

I am logged into NetSuite when I click the link from the email and sometimes I have multiple tabs open when I click the email and I don't get a sign in page. For this user I have noticed when she opens new tabs it also asks for login. Any reason for this other than trying clear cache?

I don't believe this fully answered my question. User is assigned to Sub 1 and Sub 2. If I assign different folders instead of using the same folder for both subs will that allow for no error message appear. If I used Option 1 from above- What happens if I have a Role=Accountant who has access to 2 subsidiaries. Assigning the form to the role will only give me the Preferred for the one subsidiary. This was helpful. We have a DNS domain setup for communication, but the email campaigns show NetSuite as the domain name. Do I need configure differently for campaigns? I am Executing the Campaigns, I see the that they are started, but the members are not getting the email. Wondering if it has to do with the Domain?

Yes I am getting all other notifications. The only we are having is with the Purchase Order workflow notification. I created a saved search for Purchase orders, and I get that notification.

Set Up > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Approval Routing tab They both look the same between Sandbox and Production. Purchase Order is not checked in both setups. Set Up > Company > Sent Email List In Sandbox the correct email shows however, in production this email is not showing.

I found the following information to add. If I set the Approval to myself (Admin) the email is not sent. However, If I change to a different user (ie Embroidery) the email send correctly. It appears there is something tied to me that has changed.

No the entire team is not getting the response recently. All role types. It could be a workflow, but we have made not changes to production.

Yes - Notify Supervisor is checked. EE has me as the supervisor. (I am an admin) What is strange is no changes have been. Yet it is working in Sandbox and just not in Production.

I did. The UPS option I am looking for is UPS GPF (UPS Ground Freight) and I don't see it as an option when I associate at it to the UPS Real time Rate. I am not sure if NetSuite allows one to pick a Freight option. It appears I might not be able to get a rate based on this type of shipping method.

I am looking to add the UPS GFP method under the UPS Carrier option. Can the system quote a rate for this type of method? Is there a better way to see different quotes for ground vs standard?

We use NetSuite. The Inactive check box resolved my issue.
