I find the rates work for me, but I almost always get errors when trying to print labels. It seems very intolerant of international addresses of varying format.
-
Personally, I think that this used to happen, we just never knew about the messages that went astray. I had a supplier that never ever got the purchase orders when I emailed them - they just never arrived. In the last two weeks I've started gettting 'bounced' messages when I send them POs. Richard
-
Anyone that has all emails bouncing - out of interest, have you set up SPF records on your DNS entry for your mail domain? (see https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=1212&highlight=spf)

A public message board sounds like a good idea to me!

You need to vote for : Enhancement:84322 Telephony works with IE but not with Firefox

Can someone let me know of the providers they use for there Inbound and Outbound CTI providers? A telephone system that is TAPI compliant should be easy to set up with netsuite for outboung use with Internet explorer. Richard

Did it just go down again for a few minutes?

I don't know if you've heard of 3D-Secure? It was included in the 2007 Netsuite release and we have been using it since then (via SecPay). Visa call it 'Verified by Visa' and MasterCard call it 'MasterCard SecureCode' It offers a significant amount of protection against fraud - in my opinion, more than everything else put…
-
It does not cover all transactions, but many should be covered by the 'liability shift'. Your bank should be able to tell you what is covered. Our bank, Barclays shows this in their procedure guide (page 28 - 31) see: http://www.barclaycardbusiness.co.uk/docs/BCD01122-IAPG-Auth.pdf (I don't think this is the latest version…

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue Unusually, we have not had this problem since 2007, but was a regular problem for us in the past.
-
But we want to use the netsuite payment processing - and so will probably move to using SecPay (we're UK based) - as I cannot see how to use any other card processors. Maybe not quite as integrated as you plan to be, but we generate invoices outside of netsuite and then import to Netsuite using XML for accounting/credit…
-
Definitely removing payment methods or marking them as not a credit card should change the remittance slip - it always just prints out the list of payment methods that are marked as "credit card". You're right, it has been so long since I looked at it, I had forgotten my problem with it. We don't want our customers with…
-
Why don't you sign-up to accept Discover? It costs nothing unless you use it. I don't know about the others, but I am in the UK where Discover does not operate. Richard
-
The payment methods don't seem to change my remittance slip (I also want to remove Amex). Anyone reading this thread may also want to vote for the following to remove the picture of the Amex card by the CVV field on the web store. We have had complaints why we show an amex card and don't accept it! Enhancement 42142:…

Do you mind elaborating on WooCommerce being too "light"? Woocommerce probably not for the biggest most complex stores on the web but I can't imagine it being anything but a staircase up (step sounds too small) for anyone on Sitebuilder perhaps even SCA. Everything just works off the shelf and what doesn't the purchase of…
-
SiteBuilder has barely changed since I first used it in 2006, there is clearly little development being done. SCA is ......... On second thoughts I better not finish that sentence as I suspect it might get my user forum account cancelled. After two 'delightful' years we are moving off SCA and to use WooCommerce linked to…

Recently, I have been doing this and do a return on the original sale transaction to return the item to stock. Then do an inventory adjustment -1 of 'item-1-new' and +1 of 'item-1-used' If we needed to look back at the history of a used item, I guess this adjustment would link back to the history when it was a new item.
-
It's also nice to see that netbooks are open about their pricing and publish it on their web site!
-
Start using a new email address that the spammers can't guess so easily. The spammers try sending messages to sales@ support@ info@ etc... addresses for every domain they can find. They'd never easily stumble across something like need.support@vandamme.com Richard
-
Vote for: Enhancement 96331 : option for 2 part authentication
-
It would also be good to use a subdomain for email 'reply to' addresses. We could point MX records for a sub/host name on our domains to the same place netsuite currently points messages.netsuite.com to.

Everyone selling online with Netsuite should nag Netsuite to implement 3D-Secure. As MarkR says, this would almost eradicate frauulent orders. It is Netsuite that needs to make a change In my opinion, it is almost neglegent of Netsuite not to have implemented this Vote for Enhancement 101829: 3D Secure Integration Richard
-
How do we vote for this 101829? Dave Submit a support case to Netsuite quoting enhancement no. 101829
-
Anyone who wants to find out more about Verified by Visa should look at the following link (MasterCard SecureCode offers very similar protection for MasterCard transactions). http://usa.visa.com/business/accepting_visa/ops_risk_management/vbv.html

Having been a moderately happy Sitebuilder for many years we dumped SCA after two TERRIBLE years very frustrated 9 months ago. I could color my message with some abusive language but that would probably get my post deleted. We moved to Woocommerce (wordpress) with sync to netsuite by In8Sync. The move was relatively…

How can we find out who the supervisor is?

my iPhone just installed an update to the Netsuite app but it looks just like it has done for years??? (it says v1.5)
