I'd stay away from Cybersource Netsuite have opened up to a number of new gateways in the last few months - all the new gateways manage their netsuite integration themselves so they can modify features as they wish - they're all listed here http://suiteapp.com/business-needs/Payment-Acceptance

no they don't - it does not include a number of new payment gateways that can be used with netsuite!

I also was entering them in the fulfillment transaction until I noticed that an Invoice would not pull the SNs from the fulfillment, only from the Sales Order. When I enter SNs in the fulfillment, they always apppear on the invoice.
