I also received an e-mail indicating netsuite was extending the release preview period. This has not changed at all according to the dates provided. Is it possible to end the release preview past 10/9/2010? Thanks Bill We apparently got extended by 1 day but put off for a few weeks.

We have a defect in for a possibly related issue - what we're seeing is not that the shipping method goes blank (well it does if we're using FedEx, but we often don't) but rather defaults back to UPS Ground. rnedelkow - that defect has an S2 priority. Support seems to think that setting a new password for customers when changing their email is a workaround.

Just started to get an unholy stream of errors - I'm getting them on a onBeforeLoad for Sales Order as well. So far I haven't heard of any real-world impact but this many errors is ridiculous. I turned off notifications on the script to preserve my own sanity.

Yeah I just logged into 1600 error messages, but they're all client-side scripts onBeforeLoad, and they all happened after business hours.

rnedelkow - we're still having issues with performance. I opened a ticket with Support, well, I tried, and the Support rep said that it's "probably scripts", and that that's "usually the case". I saw a PET of 79 seconds opening a customer record in view mode, where we have no scripts. Maybe NS support hasn't got the memo…
