We're seeing the same thing, I just called in and got a case added to the defect, however, is this really S2?
-
I'm getting some reports of slowness as well...
-
I'm getting some response but it's still ridiculously slow.
-
I see some signs of life!
-
nm, they updated it. Of course. :)
-
Incredibly slow here as well in Oregon. System2 doesn't seem to be much better, but maybe by just a little bit.
-
Hrm that's concerning if that's the case, I thought regardless of setting, the Sandbox accounts would never email an outside address. I'll check.
-
Hi Farrago; We have had the EXACT same thing. NetSuite has looked up those orders in the past and said that's usually been the result of insufficient funds on their end in PayPal. The PayPal email is really confusing - I guess NetSuite doesn't have a monopoly on bad communication. Those are the ones that we are interested…
-
Mel, we have those same issues. Thanks for showing the defect numbers, I think we have some cases for a few of those. We've had the same conversation with PayPal regarding the authorization method, it's created all sorts of problems.
-
We've been working with our account rep to try to push forward some sort of resolution to this but it's been slow going. There is a defect that is being 'investigated' right now - 287957 - but I am unsure what the resolution is going to be. At the moment, we're forwarding ALL of our checkout errors to support and asking…

It appears that after update, we now receive an error email any time a user submits an order with bad credit card information (AVS mismatch, CVV mismatch, etc.) This is new, I have frequently done tests with test credit cards and never received error emails before 2014.1 and now I do. NS hasn't confirmed this though, it'd…

Our website is also unresponsive.
-
Down again as well.
-
We are down AGAIN.
-
We too are having massive web issues, UI accessability issues and random script errors as well. Plus, status hasn't been updated.
-
Still having issues here in Oregon - endless spinning trying to log in, website is unresponsive as well.
-
Our website is down, UI does not seem to be but crossing my fingers.
-
We're getting the same.... let's see what status says... "No issues to report." Good job, NS. Good job.
-
Problems continue - has anyone else experienced customers calling/notifying you of problems with the checkout or cart? We're getting that temporarily unavailable notice, but only on a handful of cases...
-
Well we had an interesting week - we run our site through a CDN, which provides another level of error handling. When they get 50X errors from the source they pass along their own message, which made debugging with NetSuite a bit more difficult. However, once I was able to engage with our CDN, they were able to pull logs…

Yeah - I'm trying to do testing and it is... miserable. Total 169.872 Server 150.559 (88.63%) Network 2.762 (1.63%) Client 16.551 (9.74%) Page /app/common/search/search.nl?searchtype=Transaction&rectype=-1&cu=T&e=F Email xxxx@xxxx.com Time 12/16/2013 9:09 am GMT +8

Still getting killed by this; We too are having incredibly slow responses on Transactions, especially on the Approve SO -> Create Drop Ship flow, and creating Item Fulfillments. We have a few SuiteScripts in the process, but so far, haven't identified any issue. NS has created a defect for us that we're trying to get…
-
We're having a similar issue which may or may not be related. I'm still waiting for the support rep to generate a case number.
-
I have some users reporting slow service too. Trying to get some diagnostic numbers to match.
-
Enhancement #270794 - Paypal Express Checkout - users are allowed to edit and save orders that are more than 115% from the original amount, fulfill the order and but not allowed to bill. That's a great enhancement title.
-
Checks to see if any pending change to a sales order takes the total over its authorization and if so, refuses to save the sales order. It's essentially insurance against the issue at hand of having an order slip through the cracks, even if people are trained to look at the payment method.
-
Official word back from NS Support is that any change to this process is an enhancement, not a defect. No enhancement number yet either. Apparently NS engineers are fine and dandy with having a situation where you cannot take payment for an order that's already shipped out the door. Time for the patron emoticon of NetSuite…
-
I have a related, but not quite the same issue that NetSuite Support has been looking into with Express Checkout; Let's say we have a user that makes a $100 order and pays via PayPal Express Checkout and then calls up and changes their order so that the new order total is $120. Now, PayPal by default pre-authorizes for…

system2.netsuite.com is up for us, at least Was just going to post this.
-
Down/slow for us too. Just spinning "waiting for system.netsuite.com"...
