Guys, guys, guys.... it's okay, status still says everything's OK! The best I've got out of NS Support is that they are actively working on a defect #242850.

-
It's still been off and on and different for different users all using the system at the same time.
-
Up, down, up down.
-
Yes we were just updated too.
-
Yes, system2 is having issues as well.
-
Completely down in Oregon here as well.

NetSuite status page fancies itself a Jedi, apparently. There were no errors yesterday. How about it, NS - any response to this? There was a defect created, 242850, but no response yet.
-
Update 6:56: System2 seems to work for us, but system.netsuite.com and our website store.videosurveillance.com are both down. We are located in Oregon.
-
We seem to be up now. NetSuite, your customer service people are outstandingly unhelpful. While I understand this was an issue outside of your infrastructure, I was literally told by a rep that this was not your problem and that I needed to call my ISP. I told our rep that the major issue was our website being down and we…
-
That was the first thing I went to confirm, but no - no client side scripts.
-
Well NetSuite has filed a defect (#212858) so we'll see what happens. It's random, most of the time, each page loads pretty quickly.
-
NetSuite - can you please provide a status update? It has been an hour now, surely someone there must have some idea as to what has happened?
-
At least the status page is showing interruption. NS - any ETR? This is downright brutal.
-
I'm getting some response but not a fast response from system2.netsuite.com.
-
But our NS hosted sites are still down.
-
The status page is laughable in its deflection of any possible negative information. Also, it's been 10 minutes, NS. Maybe you should be certain of ETRs?
-
Same here - websites & login down. Both system & system2.
-
On the phone right now w/ NS Support trying to get an ETA.
-
Here's the defect; Hello, Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support. The problem you are experiencing is actively being addressed by our Quality Assurance and Development teams. We are working to implement a resolution to the following issue in your account. Defect #- 200244 - Performance: Users are intermittently…
-
I'm trying but have been on hold for a while. Edit: I have now had two calls dropped on me, after 10 minutes of wait time, BAM, dial tone.
-
We just got one as well - xxxxx@yahoo.com>: delivery temporarily suspended: connect to a.mx.mail.yahoo.com[67.195.168.31]: server refused to talk to me: 421 4.7.0 [TS01] Messages from 167.216.129.171 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see http://postmaster.yahoo.com/421-ts01.html

This is a horrible change, if for no other reason that you lose one click access to the phone menu guide and the support center. I had to do some digging for the phone menu guide, since your support reps yell at me if god forbid I hit the wrong number and get into a queue that they can't handle. Your support is horrible,…
-
Mondray, is this a feature we can expect to have in the near future? It'd be nice to have a back-end control on banning IP addresses.
-
Down as well.
-
We are also currently down - your support reps apparently do not understand the idea of "down".
-
Same here. NetSuite, it's 2:30 in the afternoon Pacific time - we're still in the midst of business hours. What is going on!?!?
-
Edit: status now showing "minor" service interruption.
