Network is time in transmission - it could be anywhere, even at NetSuite. But that's why I asked here before making a phone call, to see if anyone else was having similar issues.

No issues to report. All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational Well that's a relief. For a second, I thought our webpage was down. It must just be me. :mad:

Since ~4-5pm on Friday our order import integration (using WebServices) has begun to error out looking up items on the import. I've opened a case with our integrator, but the timing is just too coincidental. I suspect perhaps whatever the fix was broke our imports. Has anyone else seen this issue? NS, we opened case…

I already had. Apparently there was a hardware outage that took some of us down (including my company's site). Not ideal.

We're having issues as well with our external web store importing orders. I suspect it has something to do with the issue that occurred on Friday?

Is there an admin setting to turn off beta emails? It's nice to get one set to make sure they're all working but I am getting spammed heavily with [beta] emails.

Hey but https://status.netsuite.com/status.html says everything's all right! Still having issues @ 1:15pm pacific. Intermittent responses, CSS sometimes not loading, sometimes the whole site doesn't respond.

As I understand it, Outlook 2.0 only shows customers/accounts that belong to the current sales rep. Which is completely incompatible with our business, not to mention technical support. We too are having issues. Edit: system2 seems to be working okay however when I log into system.netsuite.com I am getting an unexpected error. Flushed cache, restarted browser, all of that.

The emails from partners have already started: "Nor did I get any notices about late inventory confirmations or Pre-auths being held up for other information" NetSuite, if you're gonna blow it and drop the ball you could at least report to us and let us know. Back up in Oregon. We have listed a total of 30 minutes downtime. NetSuite, the question this begs is - how are you going to address this outage so that it doesn't happen again? Monday morning is a HORRIBLE time to go dark!

All, Shopping customers are experiencing an interruption in service at the moment. It was detected by our monitoring tools and is currently being investigated. This is a top priority for us and we will have this resolved as soon as possible. Ya don't say! Edit: NS as a whole is down for us as well. Good fix!
