Hi Herdi, Thank you for the additional documentation. I created non lot controlled items, and cannot change the To Location when creating the Item Receipt for the outsourced purchase order: I am trying to transfer my items to a location with bins, not sure if that impact anything?

I created a case with NetSuite support, and they enabled the feature in our instance within a couple of days. I had a short call with them and just walked them through why we needed to turn on this feature.

There is also a count, of the of the errors found, but "tracking preference is off" is the only message shown

We are using the standard Employee Center role, there are no restrictions on the role, and there is no classification assigned to the item.

Hi Michelle, all the items on the search are active. The search works fine for the majority of the items, it's just a couple of items in the system that can't be searched by item name/number. Thanks,
