  • Thanks for reminding. Yes. I've closed our case as it appears all queued email for delivery has caught up. Thanks to everyone for their assistance and feedback.
  • I am starting to receive previously sent test emails now. It appears they are working through the queued messages now but given the size/scope there may still be a delay before all are delivered.
  • There appears to be substantial lag on support email responses from Netsuite. I saw the response listed in the account center portal case details way before I received the email. Given the nature of the problem is email related, this isn't too surprising. Just FYI.
  • Just received callback from support tech. Status.netsuite.com has changed as of 3:25 PM EST and support is aware of the issue. Appears to be happening with a third party email provider Netsuite uses. No ETA. Not known whether previously mailed email are queued or will have to be resent.
  • Thank you for reporting. Hate to say it but nice to know this isn't a single customer issue. I can confirm neither DKIM validation emails nor test emails are being delivered to external gmail/yahoo.com addresses in one off tests sent using Netsuite templating while other organization emails appear to be delivered normally.…
