Also having issues here. We have verified the minimum requirements for Windows and MS Outlook are being met. Please update as to whether this is a bug, or additional installation instruction is needed.

We're having the same issue. "There was a problem searching NetSuite. the request was aborted; Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." Anyone else having this issue? Did you happen to file a case yet?

I am running into the same issue. I have valuation in inventory, with on hand counts of 0. Obviously I can't deactivate these locations until the valuation is $0. Ran across this post looking for something else and thought I'd share. If you haven't already resolved this, I used some SQL in the mass update criteria to filter it down to only records that have been changed. It's not pretty, and I had to create separate mass updates for each type of task for contacts because of time out…

It's 4:09 EDT and system.netsuite is down and system2 is nearly down - I can only navigate main tabs. https://status.netsuite.com/#app=NS# says it's resolved. It is not.
