Hi Dominica, Here is a screenshot within the customer's record. All sales orders have been invoiced so I cannot figure out why the field id unbilledorders is -0.11. The open balance is correct. All transactions are in our primary currency, USD, with net 45 terms. Please let me know if a specific screenshot would help.…

Update: We are now receiving emails again! I I did not change anything today so I do not know what caused yesterday's trouble.

In your example, the USD ($1,584.10) amount was lower than the CAD (2,000). In my accounts, the USD is higher than the CAD despite an exchange rate of 0.80. My exact amounts were USD 28,243.21…
