Hi Judy, I had previously tried testing with each of the points you listed in the Sep 24 comment. I tried importing with every available form, mapped the A/R account, and ran with and without scripts and workflows. I logged a support case, but I think it is not likely that they will help since it is a sandbox issue and the…

Hi Judith, Thanks for jumping in. In response to your questions: Have you checked if the developer or the new employee record has the same setup of the Advanced Options from Step 2: Import Options from your original access and all mapping used are the same? A: Yes, we used the same saved csv import job. All steps were…

Thanks for the information, Shorin. The strange thing is that the change to the expense account is in the system notes and it can be seen in a saved search, but that particular line from the system notes is not displayed on the item record. Thanks for the response Micah. I had already tried clearing the cache and cookies. I also tried your suggestion to copy the URL to another tab. None of those resolved the problem. I can click on the Stop Loading X and that stops the infinite reload. It doesn't get to the root of the problem though. I can live with the X…

The client says that it is now working to create a sales order using the matrix subitem without the fully-qualified name including the parent (PARENT : CHILD). I'm not sure what is changed, I suspect the original error was not due to the matrix subitem. Consider this question resolved. Thanks for the replies.

Thanks for the reply John. I found that workflow from a SuiteSuccess RT MM bundle right before I got your response. The workflow was pretty weak -- didn't email supervisor, didn't show pending approval status, no visible clues as to what was happening. The only indication was when we finally checked the workflow tabs as…
