FYI....I just look at the subsidiary in the role and happened to notice that under Subsidiary Restriction "all subsidiaries" was not check. By checking this box, the Global Search now works!😀
-
I've cleared the cache. I've checked the Items and Perform Search at the role level - both are at "full". All users using this role are unable to search Items in the Global Search. Even myself, as admin, in this same role, am unable to search Items in the Global Search.
-
Role #2 has full access to items. This role has the responsibility of setting up items but they are unable to use the Global Search Engine to quickly find a specific item.

This is the response that I get when following your instructions:
-
Thanks for your help! Our buyers are now able to see the Notes Tab. ☺️

Here's the form we are using:

Users Global Permission: Role Permission:

No, the manager has 2 different roles for 2 different subsidiaries. Some of the buyers are setup the same with 2 different roles for 2 different subsidiaries. Confirming that employee can view the record but can not see the Notes Tab & I gave them the Notes Tab with full permission in the Global Permissions.
-
Both are at full access in the Supply Chain Role. I have 1 manager and 4 buyers using the same role. The manager can see the note tab, the other 4 can not. Do I need to add anything to the Global Permissions at the employee level?

Thanks @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle I was able to test this in our sandbox. In addition to the change you mentioned, I had to add the memo field to the print form and it now shows.

Thank you @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle

Our Printing Type is Advanced not Basic. Do the instructions differ for Advanced?
