We also have clients experiencing issues. I filed a support case online and didn't get an email with the number and confirmation, so I am concerned that this might be a bigger NetSuite issue. If anyone hears any updates can they post here?

Is there an ETA to fix this? We have clients reporting this issue as well. I will be filing a support ticket shortly.

I am not sure how that helps? I want the column to be frozen on the portlet. The users will not be going into the workbook, just utilizing the portlet.
