I just re-opened the case after the closed the first one. They were asking questions that had already been answered with I first opened the ticket. Last one was supposed to have been escalated to the SuiteBuilder/Customization Team. Hopefully this time they'll be able to fix it.

The support team is telling me to go to the self-help section for steps to upgrade the plug-in. I'm already using the latest version of the plug-in! 🙄
