  • WARNING! You'll lose all of your subscriptions if you do this. It's a bit of a pain if you have a lot of them.
  • I agree. Tried looking for 'rss.'
  • Looking at #5 in particular (though 4 and 7 are more interesting) ... one could interperet the new rule to mean that we can't ask any consultant for anything regardless if they are to be paid for said service. According to #5, soliciting apparently does not require the exchange of money (or um ... other stuff) to occur. Is…
  • I still cant get over the ticker symbol! - N - with only 26 chances at a single letter how on earth did they get it? The obvious answer would be Mr. Ellison is involved and worth billions but it cant be that simple Very impressive. From what I understand, it used to be International Nickel but they were aquired by someone…
  • You can buy stock today at close to the opening price if it makes you feel any better :)
  • 30 minutes and counting today. Maybe it's time to introduce a call-back feature. Is the Philippine center having issues because of the flooding or it unrelated? Edit - In after almost 40 minutes. It's 2005 all over again.
  • Sage advice Jim. I hadn't thought to create the email case first. You're right, it's MUCH better for us to get our own words into the title and description. We used to have a big whiteboard with the names of good support reps and not-so-good reps listed. That way we knew what to expect when we started a call. In the last…
  • Same question. Searching for One World in the help center returns no relevant information.
  • Ok ... When we moved to Netsuite (that was in 2005) we had them do the data importing as part of our implementation. We consolidated all of the transactions for each customer by class and dated the transactions Dec 31 of each year.
  • What I will say though is that 95% of implementations (or our implementations and we have done several hundred) deals with master conversions (leads, prospects, vendors, items, coa) and only open transactions (which are generally rekeyed unless very high volume) - you then set your beginning balances - reverse the open…
  • Mark, would you mind providing the specifics of how you did this? IOW, did you enter one Invoice for each customer for each year (dated 1/1/YY) with a dummy item, or something else? How did you deal with the A/R this created? Sorry. I missed this thread. I'll get back to you on this one Jim.
  • 1. On a scale of 1-5, 1= most important, 5=not very important, how important is 'native' NetSuite access on your mobile device (not just via mobile web browser)? 3 (but next year it will be 2, and the year after that, 1), we're just becoming more mobile. 2. What level of NetSuite functionality do you consider essential on…
  • The good: As mentioned by others here, the app gives you access to a very broad range of information in Netsuite. I don't think I came across anything that I couldn't find. The dashboard kpi's are great too. It is easy to use (like most apps on the iPhone). The not so good: It's read only. While I liked the access to…
  • can you try Shipping Country from the saved search? I did that but then I can't see the shippingtaxcode field (which is available in the Workflow). I need to include both Country and shippingtaxcode fields in the criteria. They're both on the Sales Order so it's really frustrating when I can't access these fields.
  • I tried that too but I can't seem to access shippingtaxcode from a saved search. Grrr...
  • Yeah I know. You read the pre-release and think "Wow, I can use that in this way" but nobody at NS was thinking the same thing... Seems I'm in that boat. Are groups not available for workflows? We rely on them very heavily for our web site.
