Are you looking to add fields within the line items themselves (as in a new column)? If you have the form open and you hit customize>sublist fields, you can add fields directly into the line item details. Otherwise, you can add fields under the screen fields option. Not sure I understand the question, but maybe that helps?

We are able to login but also still experiencing the exact same issues with integrations, lists, data access as mentioned above. Entire day down the drain.

Same here. We've been down all week, "refresh delayed" and have only received minimal updates from NetSuite. Impatiently waiting on this one.

Ours came back on Sunday, June 8th. Refresh is a little different now. After the refresh, you have to go into SandBox Accounts and 'Activate' the refresh. But, our is officially back, hoping that means they found the solution.
