I know it isn't SQL, but another post put me onto this. There is a nice extension in Chrome allows you to export any saved search into SS1.0 or 2.0. If anything, quick way to identify some tables and fields. "Netsuite: Search Export". Good luck

We run the cloudextend product currently. It's much more stable but has a different feature set some of our users aren't in love with (won't auto-sync email threads, only one by one being the main one). Just my two cents on the product.

As of today, yes we have a limited number of users succesfully operating the outlook plugin with SAML (token based authentication). We have outlook version of 1805 (O365) and the laterst plugin version. That said, everytime we blink, something negative happens. We've begun rolling users off SAML to get this functioning…

Are you looking to add fields within the line items themselves (as in a new column)? If you have the form open and you hit customize>sublist fields, you can add fields directly into the line item details. Otherwise, you can add fields under the screen fields option. Not sure I understand the question, but maybe that helps?

I've never tried this personally, but I would think you could create a saved search (Transactions) with criteria: type = Invoice and within your results, include the following: 'Created From' (should reference you SO) and 'Amount Paid' (how much has been paid on the invoice) as well as any other fields you deem necessary.…

I have one - it's not a 'standard field' but there was my approach: Transaction saved search: Criteria Type == Journal System Notes:New Value | Contains:Approved Results Created By: (user who made journal) System Notes:Set By |custom label = Approver System Notes:New Value Any others you deem necessary. Same here. We've been down all week, "refresh delayed" and have only received minimal updates from NetSuite. Impatiently waiting on this one.

Ours came back on Sunday, June 8th. Refresh is a little different now. After the refresh, you have to go into SandBox Accounts and 'Activate' the refresh. But, our is officially back, hoping that means they found the solution.

Just as an FYI - i've decided to avoid 3rd party. I've built a Custom Record to house the necessary information and display it as a list under a new tab on our forms. Seems to be working well so far, as the primary functionality is a repository and not actions driven.
